In addition, Scott experiences the call and the giftings of the five-fold ministry, as mentioned in the book of Ephesians, chapter four. He possesses outstanding gifts of administration, but especially evident in his ministry is the call to apostleship: raising up and discipling young men and women in this generation to be soul-winners. He wants to leave a legacy of young people who will make it their mission to impact un-reached people groups in far-off places.

He has answered the call to go to the nations. It is not uncommon for him to lead a team of missionaries into a region of the world that is spiritually starving. He believes that part of his ministry is to educate, equip, and mobilize believers in the harvest of souls. The fruit of his overseas mission trips has been salvation for the nationals, and a revolutionized understanding of purpose for those on his team.

Finally, Scott is a capable teacher and preacher of the Word of God. However, his favorite message to share is the simple Gospel of Jesus Christ. What is most exciting to him is to share this message with those who have never heard it before. He is fully convinced that miracles, signs and wonders accompany the preaching of the Gospel message.
